Here is another cake recipe that is absolutely FANTASTIC (in my opinion anyway) Have you ever noticed how much I love ‘simple’ recipes? I look at every recipe before I pin it on Pinterest, just to see how difficult the instructions are to make it and also to see if I have all the ingredients, or at least most of them. If the recipe is really complicated or calls for exotic ingredients I don’t even bother adding it to my boards :/ I mean who wants to walk around the grocery store looking for ingredients and being afraid to ask an employee cause you don’t even know how to pronounce them.

Heres the recipe for the Ahh-mazing Butter Pecan Cake,
First you will need to buy a Butter Pecan Cake Mix at your local grocery store, most Walmarts have them now. Mix as directed on the box and bake in a jelly roll pan (15x11x1 I think) Once a toothpick comes out clean it is done. Cool the cake.
In the mean time, mix together:
8 oz cream cheese
¾ c brown sugar
Beat well then fold in 8 oz cool whip
Spread on cake.
Now melt ¼ c butter and 1 c. brown sugar together, (do not boil) Once heated well remove from heat and stir in 1 c sour cream. Let cool and drizzle over the top of the frosted cake.
